Program Sponsor

The Malcolm for PA SMS program is operated by Malcolm for PA PAC.

Message Categories

Depending on the separate choices you make at signup, messages may include: (1) campaign news, volunteer opportunities, event notices, voter engagement information, and customer-care responses; and/or (2) fundraising appeals, campaign promotions, donation requests, and calls to action.

Consent

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of donating, volunteering, purchasing products or services, or supporting Malcolm for PA PAC. Each SMS category is separately optional and unchecked by default on the signup form.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any campaign text to opt out of recurring automated messages. You may also use recognized opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT where supported. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.
